SHIPPING POLICIES

 

Domestic Shipping

Basalt Bike & Ski is stoked to offer free UPS ground shipping within the contiguous US for orders above $99. If you live outside of the contiguous US or would like to have your order expedited, please contact us directly at info@basaltbikeandski.com for an accurate shipping quote.

*Some exclusions apply*

With the purchase of any NEW bike we offer a professional bike build, repackaging, and shipping for $150, this is added as a shipping fee at checkout.

(If you have an existing bike that needs to be shipped we charge our standard hourly shop rate for disassembly and packing plus the additional shipping charge.)

In-Store Pick Up

When you place an order requesting in-store pickup, we will notify you when your item is ready at the location specified. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

International Shipping

We currently do not accept international orders through our website but email us at info@basaltbikeandski.com to place an order.
